Driving a Sustainable and Inclusive Global Shea Industry

Driving a Sustainable and Inclusive Global Shea Industry

The Global Shea Alliance is a non profit, member based industry association with 849 members from 36 countries, including women’s groups, suppliers, brands, retailers and NGOs. Through public private partnership, collective action and innovation, the Alliance promotes sustainability, quality practices and standards and increased demand for shea in food and cosmetics. We unite women processors, communities, industry leaders and global companies to grow markets, protect parklands and deliver lasting impact for the millions who rely on shea and the industry it supports.
