She is also the president of the Interprofession du Karité du Togo (the umbrella organization of shea stakeholders in Togo) as well as the Founder of Société Togolaise de Karité.

Mamatou Djaffo is the President of Federation Nationale des Productrices de Karité, a federation of 50 000+ women shea collectors and butter processors in Benin.
