Ali is the co-founder of Salid Agriculture Nigeria Ltd, an agricultural commodities company that trades shea. He is also the Vice President of National Shea Products Association of Nigeria (NASPAN).

Amou Talle epse Tchalla Essodolom is the president of Filière Karité du Togo, an association of women shea collectors and butter processor in Togo. She is also the president of the Interprofession du Karité du Togo (the umbrella organization of shea stakeholders in Togo) as well as the Founder of Société Togolaise de Karité.
